This is a VERY rare early Supreme Magic effect and this is in superb condition and complete with the original instruction manuscript.

A real novelty effect. Similar to Forgetful Freddie. Similar to the Card Star.

A very nice plot and an unusual mystery and certainly a triple barrelled climax with a great surprise at the end!

First you show a model of a scarecrow. Two cards are selected from a deck (Snap cards are ideal for younger audiences)

You explain that the silly scarecrow is always losing his head! You take away his head and replace it with a balloon!

You explain that the two chosen cards are going to disappear and the magic scarecrow is going to try to find them.

You show another head belonging the the scarecrow but this is his magic head and is wearing a top hat.

You ask the spectator to drop the head along with the two cards into a bag. After some magic words you rip the bag apart and the head and cards have vanished!

Suddenly, the balloon (head) bursts, the scarecrows magic head reappears AND he is now holding the selected cards, one in each of his outstretched hands!!

Supplied with the mechanical scarecrow, table stand, magic head, regular head, velvet 'rip-apart' bag and instructions.
