The magician hands a square brass nut and a cord to a spectator with a request that he thread the nut upon the cord. The spectator grips both ends of the cord firmly. An handkerchief (which can be borrowed) is placed over the trapped nut. The magician shows his hands empty and reaches under the handkerchief and removes the brass nut from the cord! Everything is immediately examinable! Classic close up magic at its best. These are superbly made in Germany, NOT the cheap nasty poor quality ones.
