Exact delivery time varies. For UK destinations it is usually a few working days. We use Royal Mail  for most UK deliveries. For European customers on the continent and from rest of the world, we use Royal Mail ParcelForce or courier, which is fast and secure.

We are unable to automatically provide tracking numbers. In the unlikley scenarios where parcels have taken excessively long periods of time to arrive, e.g. 14 days after schedule, please contact us for an investigation.

Although we obtain proof of posting, goods are sent at purchase's own risk, unless insurance is paid, and will take up to 30 days for the Post Office to sort out any claims. No refunds or replacements will be offered until the Post Office has resolved any disputes. Any replacement goods will be sent as soon as possible, if the goods are no longer wanted, they must be returned to us at purchases expense, and a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged. No refund will be issued if the goods are not returned in brand new condition, or if thay are lost in transit.

Delivery schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the same day if your order is received by 12 noon. If the item is not in stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. International orders are generally received in 5-7 days. Orders received after 12 noon will be sent the next day, except where this is a weekend, then they will be sent on Monday.

Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping adjustments

Sometimes we may need to make an adjustment to the shipping costs, depending on where you live and the weight and size of an item.  When this unlikley event happens, if the amount is over £3.00 difference, we will e-mail you and let you know the adjusted price, giving you the option to cancel the order.

Spend up to £25 = £2.50 Postage

Spend up to £50 = £3.50 Postage

Spend over £50 = FREE Postage up to 2KG
