'In the 14th Century, the shroud of the Grim Reaper cloaked Europe. Nearly half of the entire population died in a few short years, due to the plague which later became called 'the Black Death'. This effect recreates the random hand of fate that was dealt to both rich and poor alike. Five spectators blindly choose a ball from a bag and conceal it in their hand. Four of those were marked for death, like the doors of the houses where the sick resided. One represents the silver was needed to buy the medicine to cure them. The performer goes to each spectator and feels their pulse. He or she can correctly devine the one survivor from the four unfortunate victims. This effect includes the custom bag with drawstring top. The bag also features a sterling silver mini skull and sterling silver owl beads on the cord. It also has an ominous silver-tone cross. The effect also includes four black balls with a silver cross decoration and a silver ball. The effect also includes a simple gimmick (not pictured) |
