This will fool the best of Mentalists and Magicians! A prediction is made. It is the name of a card yet to be selected by a member of the audience. The magician displays a transparent perspex plastic board. Six playing cards are attached to the board horizontally. The board is permanently numbered one through six next to the individual cards. Five of the numbers are eliminated by audience spoken choices. The card next to the remaining number is removed from the board and shown to PERFECTLY MATCH THE PERFORMER'S EARLIER PREDICTION! All the cards are different and the full face and back of the cards are seen throughout the effect. This is very clean and direct with no forcing of a card or a number.

Phil Goldstein created this one. A large prediction board faces away from the audience. On the display stand there is a cardboard strip, back out. A number is freely selected (no force) by the spectator. The strip is then turned to face the audience bearing 8 designs. The designs at the chosen number matches the design on Prediction. Works almost by itself!

The magician explains that he has made a prediction by placing a single ESP card in a envelope in his wallet. Then he Introduces five ESP cards and invites a spectator to FREELY choose any one of them. The performer takes out the envelope from the wallet and hands it to the volunteer. The spectator opens the envelope and amazingly the card inside matches the spectator’s card. Remember the wallet is placed in full view before the effect begins, there is only one envelope, absolutely no forcing, no "double"or "flap" envelopes, no double face cards, the spectator removes the card from the envelope themselves. Direct mentalism at its best.

This is a most clever effect by Mikame Craft! TWO magnetic features control the entire effect and outcome, but nobody has any idea! The magician lays the chips on the table in a row so each colour can be fairly selected. The spectator FREELY selects one chip from the six different coloured chips. One chip is left inside the beautifully turned wooden box as your prediction chip. Your prediction chip is a 100% match to their selected chip. An absolute fantastic close-up mind blower! Completely EXAMINABLE! You have control at all times. Repeatable with a different outcome!

The spectator is allowed to pick any card from the deck. The magician then directs their attention to a little plastic wallet that has been in plain site the entire time. Inside the wallet is a prediction.
He opens the wallet and inside is a card with the cardboard cut out of it, showing the name of a card. You can clearly see that there is only one prediction card, and that the holes are really there. Of course, it is the wrong prediction and there is no way to change it. Or is there?
By simply flipping the card around, the holes change from the incorrect prediction into that of the spectators.
